They are shocked by the two large panda bears doing the tango on the beach. After watching the dance, the tango pandas go back to waiting tables at the luau where the hired rap artist is about to bust out his mad raps. The REAL rapper is a Hippo who raps about how difficult it is to be so large and grey and how it has made him the thug rapper he is today. He also has a girlfriend who is a muskrat.
They can't believe their eyes because everything has become colorless. The beach, the trees, the drinks, the other turtles at the party. Everything is in black and white. And nobody knows why. They were all just hanging out at the party, having a good time, and suddenly all the color drained out of everything. An old sea turtle says that he's seen this thing before, and there's only one way to fix it....
It's a unicyclist wearing a large fruit covered hat juggling plates while cycling across a trapeze wire stretched across a pool of volcano lava rapping about two brother turtles who like to sail with their puppy with a wagging tail who likes to float upon the boat while wearing a coat which was a gift from his favorite goat, who tells a secret about the island village where the treasure is grand out somewhere in the sand....
They entered a strange world where humans walked upright and talked and turtles were held as pets. So the two brothers went on to train the turtles of the world ninja moves to take over all human kind, but then the battle started and...
